- Response to a "Verify" note, clouded notes or outstanding RFIs.
- A review of roof membrane/insulating systems (i.e. conflicts with precast connection finish at the backs of precast, flashing requirements.)
- Any electrical/mechanical block out and insert coordination.
- "Caulk Lines" A water-proof building is dependent on this. What is the window frame system? Snap cover? Where does finish stop? Door set backs?
- Door/louver (not just size of louver), window rough openings, verifications
- Footing and grade beam step verification. It has been said, if we can get the structure info correct, everything else will fit. Were footings poured per structural? You should know at this point.

- Special finish requirements (i.e. backs of panels, parapet panels, balcony panels, penthouse panels, loading deck panels etc..) If the back of the panel is visible, a "hard-steel trowel" is a better finish.
- Coordination of recessed embeds (i.e. column orientation and conjunction with structure rebar or post tension)
- Coordinate precaster loose connection devices with inter wall finish location.
- Proper clearance between structure and precast. (Example: 3-sided column cover between and structural column, soffit return leg on spandrel and floor slab)
