The Arkansas facility opened for production in 1968 specializing in the manufacturing of architectural precast concrete. The Arkansas facility has 30,000 square feet of enclosed production area on 16 acres. In November 2007, Gate Petroleum acquired the facility, which is 20 miles northeast of Little Rock. This facility produces the highest quality and most diversified architectural precast systems in the mid-south region of the country. This high-quality product can be seen in notable projects such as Oklahoma State Capitol Dome (Oklahoma City, OK), Cirque/ICON Office Building and The Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences, (Dallas, TX).
